TERMS AND CONDITIONS

○ All payment goes through paypal.○ I reserve the right to reject any commission request that may make me uncomfortable. These include the following topics: non-con, dead dove, kinks that are not discussed, pairings I do not feel comfortable working with.○ Expect communication with check-ins for approval before major steps are taken between posing and lighting stages of progress.○ Finished work will be shared by me on my main socials (Bsky/Instagram). They may also be shared by commissioner so long as credit is provided. I especially appreciate if you provide my credit every time you share the commission I have made. It helps me as an artist get more attention for my work.○ I do not sell finished models for re-use as the shader node I use is created by a friend and it is not subject to being shared.○ Adequate references are needed for me to accept commissions. This includes: pose references, scene description, character presets, and/or written samples. Music references are also acceptable.○ Finished pieces will be watermarked. Please do not remove my watermark. I will hunt you down with reverse image search /hj.○ WE DO NOT CREATE AI SLOP AND YOU WILL NOT CREATE IT FROM MY WORKS, CAPISCE? This include using AI apps to create animations from my renders (yes, this counts).○ Do not retouch my pieces without my consent. Most retouches I will do for free so do not touch them.○ You are entitled to two revisions of ultimate finished pose before further pricing is added.○ Returning customers receive discount because models are already built.○ I know the prices may be expensive, but there is a lot of time and effort that goes into making a render. With a character that is not already built, finding bases and creating rigs, alone, can take over 2-3 hours of consistent work before even starting a render. Please be understanding of my pricing.○ I will not use mods from behind a creators paywall for a paid render unless permission is expressly given by the mod creator themselves. Whoever commissions me needs to note if paid mods are requested and of which creator. Understand creators have boundaries.
